In today's increasingly horizontal business environments,
functioning as part of a self-directed work team or task force
is an ongoing challenge for employees at all levels. Many individuals
experience difficulty in moving from a "me" to a "we"
mentality - whether their role is as leader or participant. Often
the purpose, goals and accountabilities within a team are not
clearly defined or communicated. Interpersonal dynamics and conflicts
can also impede the team's ability to be productive. LED works
