Organizational
Surveys
Any successful organizational change effort is contingent
on obtaining objective and valid feedback from those with a stake
in the outcome. All too often, countless hours and resources
are squandered on initiatives based on management's perception
of "the problem" without gathering and analyzing relevant
information from employees and/or customers. LED is experienced
in developing key questions and collecting this feedback in the
most appropriate format, from one-on-one interviews to focus
groups to large-scale "pencil and paper" (or electronic)
surveys.
LED provides the following services to assist you in assessing
employee and/or customer satisfaction levels:
Employee Attitude Surveys
Our custom surveys are designed specifically for your organization
based on input from management and employees. We work closely
with each of our clients to plan, design, and administer the
survey. After the results are analyzed and verified, we present
you with a detailed report of the findings. We also assist with
the presentation of the results to your employees, make preliminary
action recommendations based on the findings, and can facilitate
meetings to address any issues raised in the survey.
360 Feedback Surveys
The "360" involves obtaining input regarding a particular
employee's style and effectiveness from a cross-section of individuals
- superiors, subordinates, organizational peers, and internal/external
customers. This information is compiled and analyzed and forms
the basis for an individual development plan. Based on the survey
results, LED makes recommendations and provides ongoing coaching
with the individual to address key developmental areas.
Customer Satisfaction Surveys
Custom designed surveys ascertain your internal and/or external
customers' satisfaction levels. LED can administer surveys that
measure satisfaction only, or - for an even more in-depth level
of analysis - we can design surveys to measure importance vs.
satisfaction. We can also facilitate customer focus groups as
part of the survey process.
